excellent location fresh food worn hotel small room
the hotel location was excellent. it enabled me to navigate easily around (i really did enjoy exploring). the food at breakfast was fresh. the rooftop bar was great to enjoy a few drinks with some lovely views across the city.
the hotel is worn. it smells bad in some areas. (i wish it had been better maintained). the room i stayed in was very small for a hotel of this level.

clean hotel helpful staff friendly stuff
I found this hotel clean and fresh. Jenny proved super helpful . She always offered her assistance whenever I needed something. Charlie, Leo, and Liam were also really friendly and helpful.

breakfast buffet decent range central location small room laundry service worn condition
the breakfast buffet presented a decent range of choices. the hotel's central location provided easy access to nearby attractions. peter assisted me with information via text.
The room size felt a bit small. It resembled more of a 3-star dimension. the laundry service was not prompt with returning clothes on time. i noticed the hotel seemed quite worn and somewhat run-down.
