We stayed in the luxury double room for our anniversary. the staff arranged champagne and balloons for our arrival. That was a nice touch. the room was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed throughout our stay.
parking was limited on site. i needed to use the overflow car park, located a couple minutes walk away.

The hotel provides drinks and room service. That was quick and easy. check-in and check-out was very easy, thanks to the app. the breakfast service was relaxed and offered lots of choice.

Breakfast included freshly made food. That tasted great. the hotel has a sister venue, the lake view bar. Guests get a discount there. baha restaurant also gives a discount to hotel guests.

The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and bars! everything is just a short walk away, about 5-10 minutes. the location helped. It added a lot.

The breakfast choice WAS excellent.
I was looking forward to A relaxing stay. I discovered out-of-date milk in my room. Staff did sort it quickly. There was also no hot water for the first night, so I could not shower after a long walk. I didn't receive any discounts for the inconvenience.

The location was EXCELLENT. It was a short walk to many attractions with plenty of dining options nearby. Breakfast was very good. It seemed done to a great standard.
Room 13 was very disappointing. It felt small and dingy. It really was not worth the money for what it is.
