Reviews and Ratings
I had a vibrant room with a view over the street below, but had a robbery due to lack of ventilation, which forced me to keep the balcony door open at night. The hotel offers friendly service with fast assistance when needed, and the location is great near the historic center. The morning dining was excellent but at an additional fee.
Staying at this hotel felt like being a guest in a cozy private home designed by a Mexican artist. The rooms, though charmingly decorated, were not well-maintained and had a strong smell of Naphtalin. The service was friendly but lacked hospitality expertise. The location offered a vibrant atmosphere near a beautiful church and plaza, yet it was noisy. The dining experience was amazing but came at an extra cost. Overall, a mixed experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The themed rooms, although small, were not only an upgrade as booked months in advance but felt run down and lacking in facilities like a fridge, limited toiletries, and only 2 pillows for a king-sized bed. On the bright side, the service was attentive, despite some language barriers, and the location was fantastic near the historic center. The dining experience was excellent for a fee, and the facilities were average.
