I had a really great stay at the hotel downtown. The location is awesome, right in downtown Portland near great restaurants. The modern rooms were excellent, with modern bathrooms, HVAC, and plenty of charging option plugs. However, the rooms could use a makeover to stay competitive with other properties in downtown Portland.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a lovely room offering a view of Voodoo donuts and the Portland sign. The service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect for my mini vacation, close to downtown destinations and beautiful river walks, even though the hotel is a bit edgy. The dining experience was very good, although busy, and the facilities were top-notch.
