The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice, and everything was fresh. The location is great, not far from Hbf, Ubahn, and tram stops.

good location complimentary coffee sketchy area stripper bars
the location was really good with many breakfast spots nearby. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea provided it was a nice detail.
the area felt a bit sketchy as a woman i would not want to walk there in the evening. many stripper bars and shops with men standing outside.

Central location and friendly service
train station helpful staff early check-in cool room
The location worked well for me. it was near the train station and the inner city. the staff was friendly and helpful. One lady at reception allowed me to check in early! also, i could open the window to let air in and keep the room cool.
the area close to the hotel was a bit sketchy. i would not go there again in the evening because of many stripper bars and men standing outside.

The hotel is close to the train station. It is a short walk, about seven minutes. Public transport is also very close. The room was clean and big enough for two people. The staff was helpful.
