the hotel's location proved convenient for exploring. its proximity to the central station was a major advantage. our room was very clean and i found it very comfortable for my stay. the staff were amazing and so helpful .
the self-check-in service was quite irritating, as the machine was not working correctly.

Self check-in was a challenge , as the machine was not functioning properly. The overall ambiance felt more budget-oriented than expected , considering the price. The room had minimal natural light , given its attic location. The only window available was partially obstructed by the television . A more user-friendly check-in process and better room lighting would improve the experience.

Self check-in was a disaster. The machine refused to cooperate. The room felt quite basic, especially considering the price. There was barely any natural light because the window was partly blocked. Honestly, I expected more for what I paid. The self check-in was quite an ordeal!
