helpfull staffdecent gymhot acworn toilet
the staff was mostly nice and helpfull. they delivered extra pillows quickly when i asked for IT because i needed them.
THE air conditioner in my room was too hot. the toilets seems worn. I think they require an immediate update. i did not like THAT.

i found the breakfast buffet very excellent. the selection of milk alternatives such as soya, almond, and oat milk was noteworthy. the hotel has a modern design and sits in a quiet area near BMW and olympiapark.

the room was small for three adults, though we paid for a triple room. we only had towels, coffee, and amenities for two people. i had to ask for more every day.

The hotel provided a great base for exploring the area. i found the proximity to oberwiesenfeld station very convenient. it provided direct access to the city center via the u3 line in under fifteen minutes. Complimentary chilled fruit water was available in the lobby. i also appreciated the clean and well kept rooms.
During my visit, the sink only provided cold water. I reported this to the front desk, but it remained unfixed.

the included hotel parking was VERY useful. i found a underground train stop just nearby. the room was spacious and VERY clean. the bar was NICE and well-stocked.
the hotel decorations felt a little STRANGE.
