I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were creatively designed with direct access to the pool, the noise from the restaurant terrace below was a downside. Maintenance issues with the AC were also disruptive. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, especially during the stormy weather. The location, despite being picturesque, had some noisy aspects. The dining options were delicious but lacked a bit of variety.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bright in the morning, making it hard to sleep longer, and the noise from the restaurant downstairs was disruptive at night. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Karla and Shetti. The location was beautiful and great for exploring, although there were some disturbances from local residents. The dining experience was not up to my expectations, and the facilities could use some upgrades.
The hotel gives a majestic feel with vast rooms offering garden views. However, the rooms are a bit old and in need of refurbishment. The maintenance team had to fix the AC leakage during our last morning, causing some inconvenience.
