The room was a Superior Room Sea View, and the sea view was very nice!!! It provided a refreshing start to each day. Our housekeeper kept everything super clean. He. I especially enjoyed the seafood restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!

The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours, so sometimes I had to wait for equipment.

The hotel grounds were super clean and well-kept. Ground staff constantly cleaned the area, which I appreciate. Staff at the bars demonstrated excellent English skills and provided prompt service. The staff's language skills were very excellent.

The alcoholic beverages offered were not good. I found the cocktails to be of poor quality. The house wine was served warm, like tea. The resort made it difficult to book reservations at its restaurants using the QR code. I only managed to dine at the Japanese restaurant.

The welcome drink i expected never materialized. Instead, they rushed me to settle my bill, then tried pushing some pricey christmas dinner that wasn't the buffet. talk about priorities!!! and the room? what a letdown!!! i booked a 'seafront' suite based on misleading photos, only to get a distant, sideways sea view. the room had paint splatters everywhere, a wonky fridge that alternated between not working and freezing everything, and paper-thin walls right next to the noisy outdoor disco. not exactly the luxury i was sold. oh, and the tv? broken. the toilet brush? repulsive. just charming.

I loved that mr mohammed ghonaim at reception surprised us with a free upgrade to a private villa. It was worth at least $150 per night. the golf cart drivers were always prompt and helpful. i received excellent service from the staff across all areas. Everyone worked diligently.

I noticed during the evening the food choice was somewhat limited. I did have to go out one night to find an alternative.

i enjoyed the spaciousness of the superior room sea view, it included a fine view of the sea. the daily towel art created by mohammed. i also found that the snorkeling facilities were amazing, a must-try experience.

i found a subtle preference among staff when serving fair-skinned guests, this was a little off-putting. i was also frequently bothered for activities and purchases at every turn, which i felt was constant.
