mixed feelings on a short stay
broken air conditioning crowded breakfast
i had some issues . the air conditioning in the "classic double room" was not working properly, so the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. the breakfast buffet was often crowded, and i had to wait to get a table (this was especially frustrating in the mornings).

large room rainfall shower convenient tram
my room was very large. the bathroom was nice, particularly the rainfall shower (i really liked it!). i had enough storage for all my belongings. it is located very conveniently on a tram line.

the staff was professional and very friendly. the team provided warm greetings and was very helpful with any requests. check-out was quick and smooth, so that was great.

the private spa was not available. i had pre-paid for this, i was very disappointed. breakfast service felt off. i was directed to sit down without any courtesy.

decent stay
helpful staff excellent cleanliness scrumptious croissants high price bathroom smell missing door
the staff were always happy to help. breakfast was good and the croissants were scrumptious. the room was spacious and cleanliness was excellent.
the price didn't really match the actual quality of the room. the bathroom didn't have a door so it was a weird experience. when we arrived it was cold and there was a lingering smell coming from the bathroom.
