conveniently located stay
room upgrade breakfast items
i stayed for several days and the staff seemed attentive. i was pleased with the room upgrade i received upon arrival this. i found henry's supermarket beside the hotel very convenient for breakfast items.
the shower design allowed water to easily spill onto the bathroom floor this was a minor inconvenience. i think the hotel could address this issue to improve guest experience.

the hotel features handy amenities like a bar on the ground floor this provides a calm atmosphere for an evening drink before going to bed. i did not require it, but underground city parking is available only a short walk from the hotel.

the staff looked friendly throughout my stay. particular staff members, seda dincer, henry, and ariadne genio, provided nice service and seemed quite helpful. i found their assistance to be valuable.

the room seemed newly refurbished and kept very clean. the beds felt comfortable and provided a restful sleep at night. the city view from my room enhanced the overall experience.

the hotel's central location seemed excellent for accessing many attractions. it is only a few minutes walk to st stephen's cathedral and about 15 minutes to hofburg. the position allows easy access to shops and restaurants.

super central stay
awesome location short walk
the location is really awesome i found it right in the middle of everything the main attractions were just a short walk i was able to easily visit the nearby supermarket that was just a minute away plus shopping and prime stores were all around i had no problem moving around because public transport was only three minutes from the hotel.
the wifi was highly unreliable i could not work or stream without constant interruptions that was a problem since i wanted to watch some shows during my down time

room upgrade early check-in
the staff upgraded my room. they let me check in earlier. the breakfast was large and had a variety of fruits. Beena gave a warm welcome.
the wifi was highly unreliable. i could not stream a show without being dropped constantly.

the hotel sits near restaurants and department stores. st stephen cathedral is five minutes away. the sisi museum is a short six-minute walk. the bigbus stop is only 10 minutes away.

broken shower door unreliable internet
I was a bit disappointed with a few things . The shower door was broken. It made it difficult to close properly. The internet connection was unreliable. It often took a long time to load even simple web pages. I mentioned this to the reception daily. No improvements occurred.
