adequate stay near the station
central location good size friendly staff crowded breakfast area poor quality ceiling leak
the hotel was near two stations. this made it easy to reach the duomo and central station. the room had a good size and a refrigerator. staff were friendly and ready to assist me when needed.
the breakfast area felt crowded. the selection seemed limited and of poor quality. the bathroom ceiling in my room had a leak but no solution was offered or compensation given. noise isolation in the rooms was not very effective either.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
convenient location metro access fast wi-fi central station
The location near the central station made commuting easy. The metro station being close was a big advantage. I was able to quickly get to the shopping area and the Duomo. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi service.
The shower design includes a narrow bathtub without a sticky mat. So, I had to be careful.
Location
9/10
The hotel is positioned very close to the Central Station, approximately a ten minute walk. Access to public transport is very easy, providing quick connections to key areas. A nearby metro station offers efficient travel throughout the city.
Service
9/10
The reception staff were helpful and organised rooms together for our family group. Staff members were happy to assist with requests at the front desk. The staff were polite and attentive to customer needs.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast buffet included a good selection of items. I found the breakfast offered a standard European variety with plenty to eat. There was an active breakfast staff that maintained clean tables.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The furniture features a kind of vintage style. The room also included efficient air conditioning and effective ventilation that I could adjust.

mixed experience at this hotel
soaked bathroom inflexible service
the breakfast offered a tasty and filling start to the day.
The shower setup proved quite problematic. The bathroom invariably became soaked during each use. also, the promised iron was unavailable, laundry service only operated on mondays. this inflexibility was inconvenient.
