Frank and daniela shined. Their warm welcome really impressed me. i found the perfect service matched the super clean rooms perfectly. every detail was arranged with thoughtfulness, clearly focused on elevating my stay. i will consider a return visit in the future.
the lounge area felt a bit dark, not exactly inviting for a relaxing drink after a long day.

The hotel is located right off corso buenos aires shopping area. This location is hard to beat. the public transport is close too. the rooms are very clean, and i found the beds really comfortable. the hotel offers its own parking. That is very convenient in a city like this.
I found the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly in my room. the front desk mentioned it was still in winter mode. It needed changing to summer. the fridge wasn't working either, apparently due to a delay in new appliance delivery

I appreciated the fruit tray in the room upon my arrival it was a nice welcome. The beds were comfortable and the hotel provided a variety of pillows ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom included toiletries which was convenient I did not have to unpack mine.
The lounge area was dark. The bar was not inviting. I found it hard to relax there.

I appreciated how easy it was to reach main attractions via metro. The main train station was walkable. My room was upgraded and quite big. I found bath robes were a great addition.
The lounge area seemed dim, and I didn't find it very inviting.

my room it was so clean! i got a superior double or twin room, and everything felt fresh. breakfast had very nice options. the hotel even had parking which, in a busy area, feels like hitting the jackpot!
i wish the lounge and bar had better vibes! it felt too dark and not so relaxing, especially after a long day walking around. like i wanted a drink but didn't feel the vibe, you know?
