the location impressed me since it was near popular attractions. the staff were helpful at check-in. i appreciated the presence of a club room where i could have coffee or tea anytime.

The location was great. The room itself was not as excellent. The climate control was difficult to manage, and the room was either too hot or too cold! I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. The bathroom was clean, though the shower pressure was weak.

i found the staff to be friendly. the location was great, near many attractions. i appreciated how easy it was to get around.
the room was quite small. the bar closed early for residents, around 11 pm. getting a late drink was not possible, even with a night porter.

dirty bathroom
The bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I found hairs on the shower walls. The bedroom was also quite small. There was very little space to move around the bed.

i found the location excellent. it was very close to trafalgar square. i also appreciated how close it was to the tube station. the room was quiet even though it was in a central spot.
i found a few small spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling paneling. the paneling looked like it might collapse. the taps were tarnished.
