firm bedcramped area
the bed was quite firm and i did not sleep as well as i hoped. also, the breakfast area seemed a bit cramped at times it was hard to navigate around the buffet without bumping into other guests. the selection was okay! but nothing particularly stood out. the limited space for maneuvering with a plate was frustrating and impacted my morning routine negatively.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to the gothic quarter. i appreciated the modern design and comfort of the room i had. the rooftop pool provided great views. It was a relaxing spot to unwind after a busy day exploring.
the check-in process was a bit slow, and i waited longer than expected for assistance after i arrived. (it wasn't the best start to my trip!)

the hotel is very close to the gothic quarter and not far from las ramblas. i found the hotel to be comfortable and friendly. the comfy bed included a choice of pillows and an excellent shower was available. the location is also near many restaurants and breakfast places.
I noticed some sound issues. I could hear people talking in the lobby.

the staff at the reception desk provided a useful list of activities and attractions. i bought tickets for the hop-on hop-off bus directly there. the bus stop was conveniently located right beside the hotel and i found this helpful. the hotel's location is also fantastic with numerous shops and restaurants nearby.
the balcony was a little small. it was not a big problem though.

The location was superb. A short walk got me to both the Metro and many nice cafes. The staff were helpful, I appreciated their quick service. Breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options. The selection included both hot and cold dishes. I found the rooftop pool a real treat, perfect for a quick dip after a day exploring.
