A Romantic Getaway

We received a warm welcome from the helpful team upon arrival. The team handled our baggage and assisted us with everything. Our King Suite Balcony Square View had everything we needed and gave a lovely view from the balcony. I will gladly recommend this hotel and stay again.
The hotel lacked some expected details. The in-room coffee was of low quality. The hotel itself did not have enough amenities to justify the price point. I found the hotel disappointing overall.

The staff was available on the desk 24/7 which gave us a sense of comfort. The team always looked ready to provide assistance and meet my needs. They maintained locked doors at night to ensure safety.

the staff responded quickly to my requests. the shower knob was hard to turn, but they fixed it right away. the work felt reliable. the staff double-checked everything.
The hotel did not have reserved tickets for sagrada familia. i had to find my own. the plaza outside was loud. drunk people filled it until 5am daily. I did not feel safe outside after 1am.

I was disappointed by a few things . The noise from the plaza at night was excessive. It included loud conversations well into the early morning, hindering sleep. the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It didn't maintain a consistent temperature. This inconsistency was frustrating.

the location was superb. the room was spacious, and the bed provided excellent comfort. ricardo assisted us across the street to hail a taxi to the airport. the pool bar was nice, but it opened late, so we ordered from bar tomate and brought drinks up. breakfast hours suited us since we often slept in and had a late breakfast..
the tv was old. it was not wall-mounted, and it rested on a broken stand. the stand fell, so my wife or i could have gotten injured.

i was unable to access my room multiple times, this was due to room key cards constantly resetting.
