The room WAS quite small. It was difficult to move around the bed (especially with luggage). The reception service wasn't particularly helpful. When I inquired about a taxi, I was informed every taxi in the city was booked. Lugging my bags to the station became MY responsibility.

the hotel had a great location, walking distance to many spots. lots of bars and restaurants were very close. the hotel was also near metro and the le marais area felt safe. staff are friendly and helpful, i find it reasonably priced.
it wasn't a big issue for me, though.

the hotel features a small elevator. a spiral staircase is available as an alternative. these provide accessibility between floors, i see both small and tight.

I appreciated that the hotel was in a central location. The place was very IMMACULATE. I found the staff to be very friendly. The off-site parking was a minor inconvenience, though it was only a block away.

i found the location fabulous with many cafes nearby. i really enjoyed being able to walk to many places. the metro was a short walk away for longer trips. the chocolates on arrival were a lovely welcome.
The room felt a little small. Maneuvering around the bed was tight at times.
