The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Access to public transportation is easy, with a metro station nearby. I appreciated the friendly reception staff.. they provided helpful directions. The breakfast service had good variety and fresh options.
The room size felt small. Limited space made it difficult to move around comfortably with luggage. An upgrade might solve this problem.

The location was great. The arc de triomphe was just around the corner. the tube station near the door connected me to the entire city.
my iphone wire was not returned after i left it with reception and they would not return my item.

the reception man was helpful upon arrival, it was acceptable.
The room was a sauna upon arrival. It quickly reached 25 degrees. turning off the heating required standing on the bed and pushing the button. the shower lacked a holder to keep water in, resulting in a wet bathroom floor.

the location was good for accessing tourist spots.
my room was quite cold, and the heating did not work. i had to ask for help to avoid getting sick, and the air conditioning only blew cold air. it was not comfortable at all .
