large room clean room comfortable bed great location

The room was spacious and clean. i liked the comfortable bedding a lot, especially the crisp sheets. the location was also excellent. It's close to major attractions. the staff was polite, helpful, and always smiling, which i found cute.

The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as i prefer. It was a minor inconvenience, though, given all the positives.

the hotel benefits from updated interiors that looked modern and well-kept. i noticed that everything was clean and in good repair. the hotel also offers easy access to public transportation, including subway lines.

convenient location helpful staff

i found the location convenient, situated near major city attractions. the gym access 24/7 was a huge plus for my workout routine. i also liked the team was good and polite. the comfy, clean room added to the overall positive experience.

during my stay, i found the absence of a toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom a bit inconvenient. i think adding this small detail would greatly improve the bathroom's functionality. otherwise everything was excellent.

i found amber at the front desk helpful, such a dear. the location worked so well for me. the rooms i stayed in were beautiful and clean. the bottled water replenishment daily was a blessing.

the lights in the hallway was a Little dim.

great experience near grand central

prime location clean room prompt service fitness center

i was grateful for the hotel's proximity to key attractions. the room was clean upon arrival. the staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the television... it was resolved within minutes. i also found the on-site fitness center well-equipped for a quick workout.

the elevator was a bit slow during peak hours, i think more elevators would have been great.

the room featured a king-sized bed with premium bedding. it had a spacious work desk and ergonomic chair. a rainfall shower and separate vanity area with ample counter space completed the space, and i found these facilities very functional.
