the front desk staff was particularly helpful. they stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out (a real convenience!). i also received complimentary water and a drink voucher for each night i stayed at the bar.

Ben at reception was great. He told me about the hotel facilities and what was close by. The location was excellent. I could walk to Broadway shows and Times Square was close.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Our room included a terrace, a pleasant surprise. the bathroom was modern, spacious, and equipped with a vanity. i liked the small cubby shelves on each side of the bed. They were convenient for holding my personal items. the location worked well as a short walk took me to the amtrak station.
i noticed the entryway requires going through the bar. it wasn't a problem for me, but it is something to note.

The front desk staff was helpful and cute. Check-in was seamless. the team was able to replace a broken safe right away. I really appreciate this proactive approach. i had a good experience.

My queen room was fairly large by standards. the hotel connects to an irish pub. hotel guests get a discount. The pub offers a convenient dinner option. i found this a plus.

The location was acceptable.
I experienced a lack of hot water in the shower . This was inconvenient. The hotel did not address this issue . I expect issues to be resolved promptly.
