The location was convenient. Close to the subway. The morning breakfast had adequate options. I found the lobby had a nice feel to it. The staff was helpful with directions.
The rooftop was not accessible . It was reserved for a private event. I also noticed the bathroom lacked a fan. This was somewhat inconvenient.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The lobby was a nice bonus. I appreciated the location, and the subway was close. The hotel provided water all day, as well as pastries, fantastic.
Unfortunately, a fridge wasn't available in my room. It was difficult to keep drinks cold. I think this amenity would enhance the guest experience.
