great location espresso machine friendly staff early closure cramped areas maintenance work
the hotel location suited me really well. i could easily walk to many places of interest. the room featured a vertuo espresso machine with pods that were restocked daily at no extra charge, i found this AMAZING!!! the staff was always friendly and willing to help.
the hotel bar closed quite early, around 11 pm on weekends. the communal areas felt somewhat cramped, this was not ideal. i noticed regular maintenance work occurring without prior notice, i actually got paint on my clothes when touching the doors.

Excellent Service and Cleanliness
amazing service convenient location coffee machine
I found the staff to be very professional. The location is close to many sights. My room included a coffee machine and water boiler. I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee pods.

unhelpful staff thin doors
The location was convenient for my needs. I appreciated the price I got through Expedia.
The front desk staff seemed half asleep when I arrived around 1 a.m. from a delayed flight, and they were generally unhelpful! They joked about not answering the phone, apply, they heard it but did not want to answer it. The doors were thin, apply:. I heard everything in the hallway, and the mechanics made the doors slam very loudly-.

problems with service and cleanliness
stained comforter ajar door
The comforter had stains, so I asked for a replacement. Body wash also needed refilling. Sadly, they did NOT address these requests when i returned. I had to wait almost two hours for the housekeeper to address it after calling again. one time I returned to my room to find housekeeping left THE door ajar, though thankfully nothing was missing. The staff didn't care when I told them about it.

Mediocre Stay, Issues with Cleanliness and Service
unclean toilet dim lighting
I encountered some issues . My initial room had cleanliness problems involving the toilet. the front desk staff seemed apathetic and unhelpful upon my late-night arrival. The thin doors and windows allowed a lot of noise into the room at all hours. The dim lighting in the bathroom also made it difficult to get ready.
