problems with service and cleanliness
stained comforterajar door
The comforter had stains, so I asked for a replacement. Body wash also needed refilling. Sadly, they did NOT address these requests when i returned. I had to wait almost two hours for the housekeeper to address it after calling again. one time I returned to my room to find housekeeping left THE door ajar, though thankfully nothing was missing. The staff didn't care when I told them about it.

Mediocre Stay, Issues with Cleanliness and Service
unclean toiletdim lighting
I encountered some issues . My initial room had cleanliness problems involving the toilet. the front desk staff seemed apathetic and unhelpful upon my late-night arrival. The thin doors and windows allowed a lot of noise into the room at all hours. The dim lighting in the bathroom also made it difficult to get ready.
