I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the service was excellent - quick check-in, beautifully kept hotel with gorgeous decor, and very friendly and helpful staff - the noise levels in the rooms made it hard to sleep at night. On the positive side, the amenities were good, and the water pressure in the bathroom was top-notch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely comfortable and luxurious rooms at the hotel, although the size was smaller than expected. The service provided by the restaurant manager 王艷靜 and the entire staff was exceptional, going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction, including a special surprise for our wedding anniversary. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions in Xi'an. The dining experience offered a mix of sweet and savory options, although very Chinese-style. The facilities were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment of the stay.
