The staff were excellent and always ready to help! i especially appreciated the quick check-in process. parking was available in the garage, a definite plus! It was very convenient.
the room keys needed constant updates because they sometimes did not work. it was a bit inconvenient. coffee was only available during breakfast time.

everything is within easy walking distance of the hotel because of its location in the city center. i found pleasant and helpful staff. the air conditioning worked well, which i appreciate.
i noticed that some of the furniture showed slight signs of wear, although it was still perfectly functional.

the room was spacious and beautifully designed. the staff was always great, greeting me when i came in or out. water, apples and cookies were always at my disposition at the entrance!!!
the tub was difficult to get in and out of for a shower.
