The staff are always ready to help. Their smiles are AMAZING!!! The location is convenient. Many shops are nearby. I liked the park across the road from the hotel. The street food provides a Good mix of dining options.
The breakfast service was sometimes slow. I waited a bit for my coffee.

terrible breakfast
The room was a club king room balcony. The personnel was very attentive. The swimming pool was clean with many sunbeds available. Breakfast had sufficient options and very friendly personnel.
The breakfast service was terrible. Pool service was almost nonexistent. Staff seemed unable to help.

The breakfast service wasn't great. It felt really slow. also, the pool service was almost nonexistent, i searched for staff but often no one was there to assist. it's disappointing because i expected better at the price i payed. this lack of service really dampened my experience, leaving me somewhat unsatisfied.
