helpful staff good mix
The staff are always ready to help. Their smiles are AMAZING!!! The location is convenient. Many shops are nearby. I liked the park across the road from the hotel. The street food provides a Good mix of dining options.
The breakfast service was sometimes slow. I waited a bit for my coffee.

poor breakfast slow assistance
the breakfast service was not good tables remained uncleared for extended periods i often struggled to find someone to take my order for coffee also the pool service was almost nonexistent staff were scarce and when i found them they seemed unable to assist promptly the price did not match the service received

fresh options wood flooring efficient staff
the breakfast included many fresh options. the room had wood flooring. i wanted to know the wood type. the reception staff seemed efficient. doorman movements was smooth.
the pool service seemed almost nonexistent.

slow breakfast pool inexistence
The breakfast service wasn't great. It felt really slow. also, the pool service was almost nonexistent, i searched for staff but often no one was there to assist. it's disappointing because i expected better at the price i payed. this lack of service really dampened my experience, leaving me somewhat unsatisfied.
