The staff was very friendly, especially during breakfast service. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. The provided amenities, like the free coffee, enhanced my mornings. I found the central location helpful for exploring popular attractions.
The noise from the street disturbed my sleep on a couple of nights. Traffic seemed constant, even late into the evening. I wished for better soundproofing.

the location was good. it was near the gothic centre.
I was disappointed with my room. I found the humidity made it difficult to breathe. i feel the price was too high for what was offered. the hotel should have a lower rating.

i appreciated the hostal's central location it made exploring very easy. the communal areas were well kept and cute. the staff was attentive and helpful making the stay more pleasant. i found the hot drinks machine to be a great addition offering coffee any time.
the walls were thin so i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms during the night affecting sleep quality.
