I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a great balcony and comfortable furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, with easy access to the main plaza and the beach. However, the reservation system for sun beds could be inconvenient at times.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the lovely beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The rooms, although not offering a great view, were relatively quiet at night and enjoyed the afternoon sun, despite feeling smaller than expected. The service was generally friendly, with minor incidents of impoliteness noticed. The dining experience was exceptional, especially on the terrace with delicious choices. The facilities were well-maintained, and the value for money was highlighted by the enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the center of Santa Ponsa, with easy access to shops, pubs, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms are bright, clean, and have really comfy beds, although the view onto the busy road isn't the most pleasant until 6 pm. The service is generally friendly and helpful, although there was a minor incident with impoliteness during towel exchange. The dining options are good with a variety of choices, but there were some cold baked beans. The facilities are convenient and well-equipped.
