Acceptable stay, some issues noted
high spa cost unclean bathroom
The spa access cost was not as advertised. I was quoted a much higher price per hour than what I saw listed online. my bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs on the desk and in the bath. A treadmill in the gym was out of service, disappointing.

The hotel offered a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, ideal.. I particularly enjoyed these facilities. The staff were helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. I found some local cafes that served coffee and light meals nearby, with a taste of local cuisine. The bathroom included both a shower area and a separate bathtub, a nice touch.
The pillows provided were quite firm, a slight discomfort .

Amazing Experience!
helpful staff convenient location good internet
i found the staff really helpful. they let us check in early, great after our long trip (i really needed that!). the location is super convenient. i walked almost everywhere, and the internet worked well throughout the hotel.
the gym's air conditioning was off. i asked a couple of times for it to be turned on, but nothing happened.

metro proximity wide variety inefficient air conditioning small gym
the location was great, near the metro and made getting around easy. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and i always found something i liked.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working efficiently? it struggled to keep the room cool enough. the gym was quite small, and some equipment was out of order.

helpful staff public transport
the staff was friendly and helpful. the location allows a 30-minute walk to the gothic quarter (i timed it). plenty of public transport options are available too.
i found only one sachet of regular coffee provided daily in my room.
