Decent Stay at a Central Hotel
prime location lake view faulty air conditioning missing parasol
The hotel location offered easy access to the center. Our room featured a balcony that overlooked the lake. Breakfast was a delight, it presented a wonderful location on the terrace. The staff also contributed positively to our experience.
The air conditioning system was not working effectively . This impacted sleep quality because the room became excessively warm. I thought a sun parasol for the balcony would improve the experience.

the hotel is in a perfect location near the ferries. my room had a balcony overlooking the lake. the staff were cute from check-in to check-out.
the air con in my room did not work. i could not sleep because it was really hot. there was no sun parasol for the balcony.

decent location but some letdowns
cold choice slow response
the location was central i GUESS.
the breakfast service felt off. asking for coffee and hot water became a chore, with slow responses. when it arrived, the hot options were often cold. it just, NOT NICE.

The breakfast selection was really good. Grace was especially helpful. She printed out the bus schedule. for us.
The man at reception on our first day did not make us feel very welcome.

the location is PERFECT breakfast is delicious and the variety is good
the air CON didn't work and it was hot I could not sleep I raised this with staff A LOT but nothing happened it was disappointing considering what I paid for the room
