dismissive staff
The staff was dismissive when I requested a room change. They only offered to send an engineer. The hotel food was shockingly bad and much better just ten minutes away. In the evenings, tea was not available, I assume forcing guests to purchase drinks at the bar.

the hotel presents modern buildings. i found a nice bar area. beds and sunbeds were comfy. the food i tasted was delicious. friendly staff were helpful when i needed directions.
the hotel is close to kavos, the area is a little loud at night, even for a fun couple.

amazing buffetclosed shopsdisappointing location
the buffet food was amazing and there were plenty of cocktails available (i especially liked the mojitos).
the area this hotel is in is really not good. it was like it was made for partying students and many shops were closed. the locals i spoke with said they don't bother visiting this area themselves. i found the location disappointing (especially at night).
