i thought this place rocks! this hotel feels super fancy with cool old-school style. the rooftop pool rocks especially the swiss chalet thing in winter, it is so cozy. i walked everywhere since the location is so awesome. also, the staff? great! the room was super clean thanks to housekeeping. the bartenders even gave my kids a mocktail class. the staff are just the best!

The breakfast selection was varied with european and spanish dishes. the location is good. It was a few minutes to the metro. replenishment of towels occurred twice a day.
the rooftop is very nice! but do not pay with cash. they give you a massive quantity of pieces.

A Romantic Echo of Elegance

The hotel's historical book tells a wonderful story of glamour. Our Grand Beautiful Double Room included beautiful bedding that was comfortable. The housekeeping services were really good, and the entire facility maintained a very clean atmosphere. I found the staff to be attentive and always ready to help.
Signage indicating this was not available. This led to some confusion as well as some inconvenience. I hope management improves this situation .

The restaurant staff works very hard, often managing breakfast shifts and then handling lunch service at the roof pool, with very nice dishes. The Caesar salad stood out as really good and the cheeseburger was also very good. I highly recommend both.

worn furniturecold coffee
the room i had was a junior suite , but it felt a bit worn. the furniture showed its age and there was a strange noise coming from the air conditioning unit. also , the breakfast was great , but the coffee was cold. i expect better from a hotel of this standing.
