dirty furniture untrained staff
The location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants. (It definitely had its perks).
My spa experience was not good. The changing rooms were dated, and the pool was too crowded. I also saw mice near the sauna, made me uncomfortable, the furniture was old and dirty, and the staff seemed under-trained. I probably will not return.

reception staff were lovely. i enjoyed the spa pool. the location is great for exploring. it is very convenient for the rail station.

The room included a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. I liked having a towelling robe available. Breakfast included a view of the Winter Gardens, which I appreciated.
The pool required a fee for use.
