The staff was very helpful and friendly. they provided a warm welcome and ensured i had everything i needed. canbo, the hotel restaurant, offered delicious meals. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants, but i ate there twice. the hotel provided excellent service.. i especially appreciated the extra touches like the turn-down service and welcome drink.
The rooms beside and above were not quiet. Resting proved difficult. i hoped for a quieter environment.

My room included a very comfortable bed. The in-room refreshment tray was stocked well. I also had room service. The fruit salad was delicious. The hotel location provided great access to various spots.
There was some street roadwork , made it challenging to get cabs.

helpful team swift response fabulous restaurant relaxing stay
Jaimie and his wonderful team really were very good for us. despite a few minor hiccups with our room keys, they addressed it swiftly and cared for us. the main restaurant offered fabulous dishes and pedro helped with wine selections from the region. the hotel's cleanliness made a great impression. It.
the room, though comfortable, felt a little smaller than the advertisement showed.

breakfast was super! the range of options catered for every taste, and the quality was consistently high. pedro, the sommelier, was knowledgeable, he gave us very helpful recommendations about local wines. i really valued the experience.
