The staff was very helpful and friendly. they provided a warm welcome and ensured i had everything i needed. canbo, the hotel restaurant, offered delicious meals. I rarely dine in hotel restaurants, but i ate there twice. the hotel provided excellent service.. i especially appreciated the extra touches like the turn-down service and welcome drink.
The rooms beside and above were not quiet. Resting proved difficult. i hoped for a quieter environment.

decent hotel experience
rooftop barlack of serviceunready room
the hotel location provided easy access to various attractions. the rooftop bar and pool were great relaxation spots between sightseeing trips it was always easy to book the sunbeds for hotel guests which was great.
upon arrival i was informed the room was not ready this is normal. however no one offered service at the rooftop bar i had to find my own way around this was disappointing considering the hotel class.

My room included a very comfortable bed. The in-room refreshment tray was stocked well. I also had room service. The fruit salad was delicious. The hotel location provided great access to various spots.
There was some street roadwork , made it challenging to get cabs.

Jaimie and his wonderful team really were very good for us. despite a few minor hiccups with our room keys, they addressed it swiftly and cared for us. the main restaurant offered fabulous dishes and pedro helped with wine selections from the region. the hotel's cleanliness made a great impression. the room, though comfortable, felt a little smaller than the advertisement showed.
