the pool was great it was an ideal place to unwind after my journey the restaurant food was excellent the bar staff were some of the friendliest i've met

steam room big room deep bath
the hotel provided a steam room. this was included in the overall price. the room was big, it also included a deep bath.
the lifts were not working correctly, using a service lift instead. this was dirty, there was also only one lift.

friendly staff immaculate room great facilities
the staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to the restaurant. i found the room immaculate and the facilities were great. everyone went out of their way to.
The hotel lacked plugs by the bed. There were just blank spaces. i also did not have a fridge in my room to store my own dairy-free milk.

the hotel provides a swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room, all available . the pool had dedicated towels available, a great advantage. the gym featured multiple treadmills and stationary bikes.

the staff were always cute and ready to assist with any requests. i appreciated the helpfulness of the breakfast staff. they especially looked after my sister, a very polite gesture. the bar staff were great too.

clean jacuzzi convenient robes excellent service
I found the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to be clean and well-kept. the hotel provided towels and robes, a thoughtful convenience. anthony at the bar delivered excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and created a cute atmosphere (i particularly enjoyed the cocktails!).

clean room friendly staff great breakfast
My stay included great service. Lit and Barbara provided amazing, friendly assistance. I also appreciated that the rooms were very comfy and tidy. The included breakfast was excellent. Barbara even remembered my coffee order.
The rooms need some updates. I observed some wear and tear in the bathroom, including cracks in the bath.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. I especially liked the umbrellas that were available for guest use. A nearby phone charger plug was convenient.

swimming pool jacuzzi good restaurant tasty options
The swimming pool and jacuzzi were open until 10pm! This allowed us to use the facilities in the evening. The restaurant served good food. Breakfast had tasty options.
The malfunctioning entry gate caused delay entering the car park. The staff had trouble registering my car. It was inconvenient
