My room had two queen beds and ample space. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also noted a good selection of weight-training equipment in the fitness area.
The minibar prices seemed a bit steep.

The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. There is also a hot tub next to the pool. It seemed very well kept. I saw staff regularly cleaning and checking the water quality throughout the day.

I adored the hotel's proximity to robson street, it was perfect. the room was clean. i found the l'occitane toiletries to be a good addition. They added a tender touch to the stay.
The checkout instructions were not entirely clear. This caused a slight moment of confusion. i think it would be helpful if the instructions were more explicit and concise to make the process smoother.

the front desk staff displayed much helpfulness. i appreciated the bottled water provided in the room at no charge. the check-in process was very quick and efficient, with minimal wait times.
