attentive bag handler follow up vida spa
the attentive bag handler checked if our bags were delivered. he returned shortly after with our bags. the follow up was appreciated.. vida spa was amazing. sandi and surrey were fantastic. i felt rejuvenated after.

My room had two queen beds and ample space. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I also noted a good selection of weight-training equipment in the fitness area.
The minibar prices seemed a bit steep.

The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. There is also a hot tub next to the pool. It seemed very well kept. I saw staff regularly cleaning and checking the water quality throughout the day.

friendly doorman early check-in noisy room stained carpets
the doorman was friendly (very important for a first impression). i also appreciated that the receptionist booked me in early. it was very helpful.
my room was noisy with doors banging. the carpets in the room were also stained. i was not happy.

a restful escape
ideal location clean room quality toiletries
I adored the hotel's proximity to robson street, it was perfect. the room was clean. i found the l'occitane toiletries to be a good addition. They added a tender touch to the stay.
The checkout instructions were not entirely clear. This caused a slight moment of confusion. i think it would be helpful if the instructions were more explicit and concise to make the process smoother.

The hotel is near various dining choices. This made finding restaurants easy. its central setting allowed effortless access to many attractions nearby. access to different parts of the area was quite convenient.

the front desk staff displayed much helpfulness. i appreciated the bottled water provided in the room at no charge. the check-in process was very quick and efficient, with minimal wait times.

The room included comfortable bedding, which ensured restful nights. i especially liked the cleanliness and the decor. there was a big shower. This enhanced my comfort here.
