Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The room was warm and comfortable, though the streetlight made it very bright once the lights were out. It was mostly quiet, except for the glass recycling being emptied late in the evening. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to accommodate us and even putting some food aside for me. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were heading off on a cruise the next day and it's right across from the harbor. The dining experience was decent, although not exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price was reasonable for the value provided.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to assist us. The room was initially not ideal, but after expressing our concerns, we were swiftly moved to a more peaceful location at the back of the hotel, ensuring a restful experience. However, the noise from the busy road outside was a bit disturbing. The location was convenient for our cruise embarkation, but the dining options were a bit pricey for what was offered.
The hotel has a pretty outlook from the room, with convenient traffic lights almost opposite, offering a comfortable stay but lacking some amenities. The location is excellent for the cruise docks and shopping.
The hotel offers rooms that are beautifully decorated with attention to detail, providing a cozy English country house style. The service is friendly and helpful, while the location is perfect for those heading off on a cruise. The dining experience, however, might not suit early risers due to the late start time. Overall, a charming and comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, although the road noise could be better insulated. The hot shower and fresh fluffy towels made it perfect. The location, although noisy due to traffic, was ideal for the wedding I attended and being near the cruise terminals. The dining experience was decent, but the pricing could be more reasonable for what is offered.
