The hotel had a decent room size with an extra-comfortable bed, but check-in times were not respected, and room cleaning was delayed until 6 pm. A 3% service charge was imposed at the property's discretion.

The hotel had small rooms but comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, going beyond expectations, although some encounters were just polite. The location was perfect, nestled away from busy areas but close to major sights. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel boasts a tiny room cleverly decorated to create a garden-like terrace, despite neighboring houses' close views, at a relatively high price for central London. The service is exceptional, perfect for business travelers and couples, with a particularly pleasant atmosphere and accommodating staff. The prime location, within walking distance to popular shopping areas, makes it an excellent choice, albeit lacking variety in dining options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit tight for three of us, were still comfortable, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed, but for the price paid, one might expect more spacious rooms in London. The service was friendly and helpful but could have offered a bit more value for the money. The location just off Baker Street was excellent for exploring the city easily, but the dining experience didn't quite meet expectations.
