decent stay with some minor issues

good location helpful staff lovely food poor signal top floor no lift
i appreciated the good location of the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. i also found the food to be quite lovely during my meals there.
the tv signal in my room was poor. my room was on the top floor and reaching it required climbing three flights of stairs with no lift. these stairs could be a challenge for some guests.
