Breakfast included a reasonable selection in a nice breakfast room and the staff was friendly.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room and available water, disappointing especially on hot days moreover the only option was a machine at reception that charged Euro 2.00 per small bottle of water I found this excessive and inconvenient.

Location was great. It was easy to get around. The metro and bus stops were so close. Breakfast include many options like eggs and bread.
The check in process was not good. I had wait a long time after the stated check-in time and the staff was rude. It was not a good start to my trip.
