Convenient Stay Near the Port
ideal location convenient shopping helpful staff
The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the port area. I found the proximity to shopping very convenient. The staff was helpful during check-in. I appreciated that my room was ready upon my arrival.
The entrance and foyer felt small. The lift was also quite compact. This made navigating with luggage a bit challenging.

The Superior Double Room included a small balcony offering a side view. I could see the sea from the balcony. The bathroom has separate toilet and shower areas, providing additional privacy. The air conditioning worked effectively.

missing refrigerator high water price
Breakfast included a reasonable selection in a nice breakfast room and the staff was friendly.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room and available water, disappointing especially on hot days moreover the only option was a machine at reception that charged Euro 2.00 per small bottle of water I found this excessive and inconvenient.

metro stop breakfast options check-in process rude staff
Location was great. It was easy to get around. The metro and bus stops were so close. Breakfast include many options like eggs and bread.
The check in process was not good. I had wait a long time after the stated check-in time and the staff was rude. It was not a good start to my trip.
