Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with stunning views over the mountains and Deganwy Bay, featuring a lovely free-standing large copper bath in the bedroom. The service is top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location allows for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to town. The dining experience is of high quality, though there might be a slight delay during peak times. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed with great views over Llandudno, featuring a super comfy super-king bed and a huge shower that added a boutique feel. The service was top-notch, with lovely and helpful staff creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the town, shops, restaurants, and the seafront, making it a great base for all activities. The dining experience was excellent, with high-quality breakfast and a relaxing ambiance. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would definitely return to.
The hotel had beautiful and spotless rooms built on the second floor with a mezzanine extending into the attic space, which was perfect for winter conditions. The service was brilliant, with staff like Hannah who are very friendly and professional, making the stay extra special. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and with a great breakfast. The dining experience was amazing, offering lots of choices from porridge to a full Welsh breakfast, and the facilities were excellent. However, the view from the room could be improved by cleaning the very dirty window, and the car park was small.
