I found the location quiet and the staff helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue I had. The hotel's proximity to the park and gardens made for pleasant walks.

the staff offered assistance with luggage upon arrival. i was given a room close to the main entrance after requesting a different location. the room included roof lights with blinds and plenty of storage.
the extractor fan was quite loud until late at night.
