My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were incredible with a stylish design and nice views of downtown, but unfortunately, the next-door guests were partying all night, prompting me to call security on two separate occasions. The service was professional and helpful, especially when they informed me about the noisy club on the 26th floor. The location was superb, just a couple of blocks from Michigan Avenue, offering easy access to many attractions, including the Trump Tower. However, the dining experience was subpar due to the small and tight space downstairs and limited hours for meals. Overall, a memorable stay with some room for improvement.
