i appreciated the hotel's location near the riverwalk! the staff were helpful, guiding me with local spots and directions. the room had a comfortable bed and it was quiet. i loved the central location and the friendly atmosphere!!!
the bathroom lighting was odd. the motion-activated lights sometimes switched off while i was showering. this was a little inconvenient, but it didn't ruin my overall stay.

helpful staffamazing locationcourteous greetingloud sounds
I have stayed for a few nights. the location is amazing, close to many places. the staff were very helpful, especially during check-in (josh gave an upgrade). i appreciated the helpful greeting staff, oscar and lucas. They gave great directions.
i noticed street sounds are loud at night. the windows did not block them well. sirens were noticeable (and racing motorcycles).
Rooms

a stay with some issues

cold waterspoiled food
the shower was a real problem. it took forever for the water to heat up. i never got to wash my face in warm water (i'm not kidding!). also, the mini fridge didn't work so my food spoiled.

reliable stay downtown

helpful doormencute spacespacious roomstreet noise
i found helpful doormen assisting with luggage upon arrival. the lobby offered a clean, cute space. check-in with mr curtis proceeded smoothly. he addressed all my needs attentively. the room mr hirpa escorted me to was clean and spacious, with a desirable view.
street noise penetrated to the fourteenth floor, disturbing sleep. the limited breakfast choices made mornings difficult. i wish more options were available.
