cramped bathroomelectrical outlets
the room i received was not what i anticipated. the pictures seemed more appealing than the reality. the bed felt creaky and uncomfortable and the bathroom was really cramped. it also lacked sufficient electrical outlets and some didn't even work.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel room included all necessary facilities. I found the ice water with lemon in the lobby refreshing on hot days. The hotel is located close to many of the city's sights.
The shower had freezing water unless set to maximum hot. This caused a significant drop in water pressure. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was not resolved .

The hotel is situated very close to the river. It is also an easy walk to the historical city centre. This makes it easy to see key landmarks. I found its central position convenient.

I noticed staff members were consistently polite. The staff offered assistance with directions and provided information about local attractions. They seemed attentive to guest needs throughout my stay.

The double room featured a large, comfortable double bed. The room had good lighting and a functional layout. The room size was adequate for two people with luggage.
