the staff was friendly. the metro access is convenient for getting to the city center. the room included a kettle and mini bar for added convenience. the rooftop pool is small but a nice feature.
the lack of nearby restaurants was a slight inconvenience.

The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the rooftop pool had amazing views and was great for relaxation. the staff were helpful and kind. They were always ready to assist with anything i needed.
the bar lacked atmosphere and was boring. it was often closed. the sauna was in a state of disrepair, and there were never any towels in the changing rooms. there were no english-speaking tv channels in the room.

the pool area seemed old and not as appealing as it looked in photos. i found some water damage in my first room, and the light switches were broken. the bar was often closed, inconvenient.

i liked how clean the room was. the staff provided great service all over. the breakfast had a nice setup, but sometimes food refills took a little while. the room was spacious, and most furniture seemed in great shape
the gym was okay but the sauna had disrepair. i did not see any towels in the changing rooms. the pool felt very cold and also a little unloved. a small bar was on the rooftop next to the pool, however it was not open.
