a memory to keep
breakfast selection blackout blinds
the breakfast selection fills my heart. the blackout blinds were so effective, so I could sleep tight after walking under the sun. the air conditioning kept the room fresh.

I found the staff quite friendly. breakfast had many options that i enjoyed. the room included good air conditioning that kept me cool. I never had an issue.
I did notice slow elevators. This sometimes caused delays! parking cost seemed high for just one night!

generous room helpful staff free water convenient location
I really enjoyed the pool. It was a great size and well-kept. the staff was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. i especially liked the free water provided upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets!
The air conditioning was a little noisy during the first night. It sounded like a faint alarm.

The hotel is near many restaurants and supermarkets. That is very convenient. public transport is easily accessible. This makes getting around quite easy. the area felt safe and well-connected! that added to the ease of exploring.

The staff members are consistently helpful and friendly. They always have a smile. they offered assistance with directions and recommendations. their attentiveness definitely improved the experience. The team is great.

convenient location and great breakfast
convenient location helpful staff clean room great views
I found the location perfect for exploring. i walked to the science museum and the green area with playgrounds. It took about 12 to 20 minutes. staff were helpful. the room was cleaned daily and offered wonderful views. i could hire bikes from the hotel.
The kettle lead did not reach the socket so i had to boil water on the floor. there was only one socket, and i unplugged the kettle to use the coffee machine. the socket was under a table. It was awkward to reach

The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of options. the breakfast area was clean and well kept. It was spacious enough to accommodate many guests without feeling crowded, i thought. the staff kept the buffet well-stocked.

The hotel had a pool with a bar. a private parking area was available. the hotel is near la ciudad de las artes y la ciencias. It allowed convenient access. the wifi reception was excellent on the first and fifth floors.

Reception staff were professional and available 24/7. cleaning staff were effective, on-time and kind, i felt. staff helped organize a taxi to the airport. the taxi arrived on time. It even came a bit early.
