cute staff quiet hotel comfortable bed cava bottle
The staff were very cute. tim served a very good agua de valencia. the hotel is very quiet! rooms include comfortable beds. the bathroom and shower were great. I received a lovely surprise, a bottle of cava, and a fruit platter in my room to celebrate a special birthday.
the fitness area is quite small.

kind staff birthday surprise many options
i found the staff kind . they provided a birthday surprise in my room, a thoughtful touch. the breakfast offered many options, ensuring a great start to each day. the margarita at the bar was excellent , a perfect way to unwind after exploring.
i noticed the absence of ample closet space in the room. this made organizing my belongings somewhat challenging. the lack of storage impacted the overall convenience of the stay.

I stayed in a Dreamer Double or Twin Room! The chocolates during turndown service were a nice touch. Breakfast included a wide selection.
The fitness area is very small though it has the basics.

The location is ideal. The staff shows excellent service. the overall decoration of the entire place impressed me. lobby, bar, terrace, spa, breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Thanks to everyone for making our days enjoyable and comfortable.
The hotel smells like dirty pipes. The weather exacerbates this.

The hotel has a small fitness area. It includes some basic equipment. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is limited space, but it serves essential needs. a small pool is available with about twenty loungers.

helpful housekeeping convenient location pipe smell bizarre layout
The location was convenient. The reception staff and housekeeping were very good and helpful (they always answered my questions).
The room layout was unusual, it was difficult to move between the bed and the tv. I noticed a smell of pipes throughout the hotel. It was worse due to the warm weather.
