loose tap poor shower head
The staff was very helpful. They made great recommendations and got us the best tables at some hard to book restaurants.
We had a leak in our bathroom! Water was dropping onto the toilet and floor with a crack on the ceiling. I reported this twice to reception and nobody made any effort to move us or even reply to my question. One of the taps in the bathroom was loose and the shower head in the bath was poor quality. This is not good enough.

I appreciated the central location. The rooftop bar offered excellent drinks. Staff promptly warned us about road closures prior to arrival. The team displayed kindness and helpfulness throughout our visit.

Our room featured quiet surroundings and comfortable furniture. The air conditioning maintained an appropriate temperature. A garment steamer and a coffee machine were also present.

Acceptable stay, some issues.
good food variety bathroom faulty door
The breakfast had a good variety of savory and sweet food options.
The bathroom maintenance was lacking. The doors did not close properly, especially the toilet door, quite inconvenient. Water flooded the entire bathroom during showers and there was only one armchair in the small room, so we had to take turns sitting.
