Really good Stay with Great Staff

the superior double or twin room alhambra view had a comfortable king-size bed. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. early access to rooms upon arrival was a benefit. i was able to store bags at check out. the reception staff gave great recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel featured period details. the location was ideal for seeing local attractions. i found the building charming with an internal patio.

The superior double room had a comfortable king sized bed. i had coffee in the room. There was also a kettle on the second floor for tea.
the floor felt dirty, i noticed hair and an infestation of ants. the bottom part of the walls had dirty shoe and luggage marks.

the location is unbeatable! the view of the alhambra from my room was amazing (i mean, seriously!). i was greeted by laura upon arrival and she was helpful and lovely.
honestly, i wish i could have stayed longer! it was a shame i had to change hotels to find a suite.

the hotel is centrally located. it is very close to the markets and the alhambra. the hotel is a historic building. it has been totally renovated and is very clean on the inside yet retains authenticity.

The staff was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations for seeing the city. The location was perfect. It was right in the middle of a lively area.
The room space was tighter than I expected. The floor felt a bit dirty with hair. There were also marks on the bottom part of the walls. The lobby had a strong smell.
