Lovely Stay Inside Alhambra Walls

I really loved the location near to so many historic places. Driving directions was accurate and parking our car were secure. I appreciate the terrace and its view for Generalife gardens. The breakfast area was also excellent with waiters kept quick and efficient.
The hotel building looks old from the outside, but inside it looks bland. The decoration didn't impress me much.

The hotel provides a video guide for arrival, it is essential . Reserved gated parking is available just meters from the hotel. Confirm your car parking space ahead of time. The courtyard is a lovely relaxation space for all visitors.

The room had a decent size with comfortable beds pushed together. The decor is clean and modern, yet it lacks character. The bathroom is nice with good design, though there is nowhere for wash bags to be placed.

The location of this hotel is ideal, being within the walls of Alhambra. Exploring the historical sites is easily done from here. The position of the place is excellent, putting you close to notable places.

Staff moved us to another larger room, it happened after repacking of luggage. When I requested the official complaints form they waived parking charges. It felt proactive. Staff are attentive and ready to meet all needs.

The location provided easy access to historical sites, especially the Alhambra palace. The bathroom included great ensuite amenities, it was large. A taxi back to the hotel from the town cost only about 5 euros, it was very convenient. The continental breakfast included many choices, I was impressed.

The hotel is near the entrance to the gardens and palace, very convenient for exploring. At night, it was quiet and dark, ensuring peaceful sleep. The grounds were SO amazing, it added to the experience.

The room was effective with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-kept. The room included nice character. It gave me a glimpse into the building's story.

Staff members were helpful. They were very good. The maitre d' was excellent, showing dedication to service. The staff clothing never changed, they wore the same uniform throughout the day.
